With Memorial Day weekend just a few days away, it’s time to be SUMMER READY! While being consistent all year long is what will really get you that bikini bod you want, it’s also super helpful to pump up the workouts and clean up the eating to a more strict level right before that big weekend you’ll spend welcoming summer.

Plus, you’ll want to keep it up all summer long. If you want to increase your core results, try this 10 minute ab workout!! The only regret you’d have is not starting this sooner…however, the good news is, with the proper eating routine, these will tone your core incredibly fast.

Repeat this 3-move circuit for 5 rounds! Move through it within 10 minutes. While speed is good, still be sure to go at the pace that allows you to keep proper form.

MOVE #1: SWITCH KICKS

Perform 30 alternating switch kicks. Keep your knees slightly bent the whole time and engage your core, thinking about your abs doing the work to jump and lift your legs.

MOVE #2: V-SIT BICYCLE CRUNCHES

Perform 30 alternating v-sit bicycle crunches.  Keep your chip up, not tucked into your chest. Keep your chest up and open. Focus on using your core to hold yourself in the v-sit and use your obliques for the twist. If you need to modify, allow your feet to rest on the ground.

MOVE #3: MOUNTAIN CLIMBER VARIATIONS

Perform 10 reps on each side. Start with a diagonal mountain climber (knee to opposite elbow), then a classic mountain climber (knee to nose), then outward (knee to outer elbow). One of each = 1 rep. Hold your plank base firm and in a straight line. Use your core to keep you sturdy! 

REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT 3-5 TIMES. KEEP BREATHING THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH! WHEN IT GETS TOUGH, JUST PICTURE YOURSELF WITH LEAN, TONED AND SUN-KISSED IN A BIKINI….THANKS TO THIS WORKOUT!!!!
